Where can I find my VIN?

You can locate the VIN (17  digit identification number) at the bottom corner of the windshield on the drivers side, inside the drivers door, the title, registration or insurance card of the vehicle.

Where can I find the service number for my GM vehicle computer (ECM, PCM, ECU)?

There is an I.D. sticker on the computer that will have the "service number". This may be abbreviated like "serv. no." or "service no." etc. This will be followed by the number that is used for identification. If your compute doesn't have
an ID sticker, your local dealership should provide a hardware/service number for your car's computer.

How does shipping work?

If the computer is ordered before 2:00 P.M. EST (Mon. - Fri.) it will be shipped the same day. After 2:00 P.M. EST the computer will be shipped the next day (the computer will be shipped Monday if the order is after 3:00 EST on Friday). We use USPS Priority shipping. This usually takes 2-3 business days on average.

What is the guarantee?

Most computers have a one year exchange guarantee. Some are 90 days. If you look at the ad you will find the warranty for any specific computer.

What will I have to do once I install the computer?

Some cars require a relearn for the antitheft system and the crankshaft variation. There will be instructions in the box for any relearn procedure that applies to your vehicle. You can contact us if you need more specific information about this as it relates to your vehicle.

Can I return the computer?

 The computer can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the sale (a 20% restocking fee will apply).
