This listing is for one LB7 Duramax type FICM (fuel injection control module)  that has been remanufactured, fully tested, and guaranteed. The FICM will arrive at your door ready to install with the proper calibration for a plug and play application. It does not include the "banjo gaskets" for the fuel lines.

*** The LB7 engine is identified by the 8th digit of your VIN = 1.  This will not fit the 2004-2005 LLY.
